We make our sandwiches the way we were raised to cook — from scratch, with care, and with ingredients we trust. Our meat, poultry, seafood, and produce come from reliable partners right here in the Seattle area, because quality matters and shortcuts just aren’t our style. We use whole cuts only — no cold‑cut fillers, no mystery slices — just real food cooked the right way.

 

We’re Southern folks at heart, and hearty is simply how we move. Every protein that goes on our sandwiches is made in‑house, taking “house‑made” to a level we’re proud of. We work directly with local farmers to bring in fresh produce, and dairy, and we build the rest ourselves: house‑baked bread, our own pickles and pickled onions, candied jalapeños, jams, sauces, and our signature “Mash” spreads.

 

Everything we do is rooted in Southern hospitality — honoring heritage, leaning into bold flavor, and bringing something fresh to the neighborhood we love.

We’re a delivery‑ and pickup‑only sandwich shop tucked into the West Seattle Triangle, right next to the West Seattle YMCA. This is our little corner of the neighborhood, and every sammie we make is built to travel well, eat well, and bring a little Southern heart to Seattle.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Right now we’re delivery and pickup only. There is some outdoor seating at the food hall, though it’s limited.

  • We’re a cashless operation. Online ordering is preferred, but walk‑ins are welcome. We accept all major cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Yes, we do take pre‑orders on our website. You can schedule them anytime — even when the site is closed — and choose your pickup or delivery time that works best for you.

  • We’re not offering coupons or discounts right now, but we do run promotions from time to time for special occasions and seasonal holidays. We take a lot of pride in keeping our pricing fair so everyone can enjoy our food without stretching their budget.

  • We always look out for our vegan friends. We’ve got vegan options, and we prepare them completely separate from any animal products so you can enjoy your meal with peace of mind.

  • You can find us on DoorDash and Uber Eats, but for the best value we recommend ordering through our website. You’ll still be able to choose pickup or delivery—without the extra fees that come with third‑party apps.
